Designed for use on wreckers and trailers, the Series 30XL is made from cast iron and features a powerful 12.0 cubic-inch Eaton hydraulic motor. Other features include a two-stage planetary geartrain, a spring-applied brake that will hold the full rated load, and a wire rope capacity of 142.

The Warn 77880 - Warn Winches Series 30XL Hydraulic Winch has a 30,000 lb. pulling capacity and is designed for use on trailers, rollback trailers, and heavy-duty applications. The Warn Series 30XL winch has cast iron construction for strength and resistance to the elements. It's powered by a high performance 12 cubic-inch hydraulic motor coupled to a permanently lubricated two-stage planetary geartrain for speed and reliability. Other features include a spring-applied brake that will hold the full-rated load, a wire rope capacity of 140 ft. (short drum) or 245 ft. (long drum), and a tension plate to keep the wire rope spooled evenly on the drum. The Warn Series 30XL Winch is designed for intermittant duty and comes standard with an air clutch; a manual clutch option is available.
