Connect a 24-volt vehicle to a 12-volt trailer with this Trailer Electrical Interface. The SEC America UTC 2412-8 is an electrical interface between a 24 Volt NATO towing vehicle and a 12 Volt trailer or towed vehicle. The SEC UTC 2412-8 provides 6 independent circuits capable of supplying a total power of 800 Watts at 12 Volts.
This power application to the trailer ABS system and its various lighting circuits is achieved through the same trailer connector pins conventionally designated for their respective functions. The interface‚ also compatible connectivity translates into no requirement for hard wiring and effortless installation. The SEC America UTC 2412-8 is compact and lightweight at only 15 pounds. It has a flat profile making mounting practical to either the towing vehicle chassis or the front face of the trailer.
