Vanair 60/85 Underdeck Air Compressor - 050055

Capacity: 60 to 85 CFM free air at 100 psig. Compressor to be capable of 90 to 150 PSIG operation.

Compressor: Sullair 10 series Powertech design oil flooded rotary screw. The air compressors shall be completely manufactured and assembled in the USA . Air compressor inlet control valve shall be an integral design incorporated in the cast iron housing. No bolt on inlet control valves.

Input Speed: Air compressor shall produce 60 CFM at 1030 RPM input speed 85 CFM at 1460 RPM input speed

Gear Ratio: Air Compressor gear ratio shall be 2.56:1 to ensure lowest possible engine speed.

Air Intake Filters: Separate two-stage, heavy duty, dry-type air filters shall be provided for air compressor.

Air Receiver: The receiver shall be ASME code approved rated at a 225 psig working pressure. It shall be equipped with an ASME air pressure relief valve located upstream of the final oil separator. The receiver shall be equipped with a fill cap and easily readable sight glass, 3/4 inch service valve and a spin-on air compressor oil filter with built in by-pass protection.

Air/Fluid Separator: Separator to be externally mounted spin-on design. Vanair separator shall provide for enhanced air quality, reduced operating and maintenance cost and optimized compressor performance Instrument Panel: V-TEC electronic instrument panel with air pressure, discharge temperature, hours, service and operation data

Protective Circuit: Compressor to automatically shutdown in case of high compressor temperature or over pressurization. Additional protective features provided include automatic blow down valve, receiver relief valve and minimum pressure valve.

Cooling System: Compressor cooling system shall allow rated air delivery and pressure operation continuously in 125 degree Fahrenheit ambient temperatures. Cooler to be mounted in a powder coated sheet metal enclosure with a suction type fan assembly. (No ABS plastic shrouding) Compressor fluid shall be filtered by a 25 micron full flow spin-on replaceable filter canister. A fan temperature switch shall be provided to regulate compressor cooling.

Controls: Pneumatic inlet control valve shall be integrated into compressor system and automatically modulate output from 0 to 100% in response to air demand

Speed Control: Electronic Vanair V-TEC engine speed control

Driveline: 2 1/2 inch 1310 series driveline with universal joint, yoke and companion flange
